By accessing or using Properly, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of service

Properly is a property maintenance platform that connects renters, property owners, and verified service vendors. We facilitate the submission of maintenance requests, vendor quotations, job management, and secure payments.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Service fees

Properly charges the following fees:

• Platform fee: Applied to job totals for platform services
• VAT: Applied as per UAE regulations (5%)
• Vendor commission: Deducted from vendor payouts

All fees are clearly displayed before payment confirmation.

5. Vendor terms

Vendors using our platform agree to:

• Maintain valid trade licenses and insurance
• Provide accurate quotes and honor accepted jobs
• Complete jobs within the agreed timeframe
• Maintain professional conduct with customers
• Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations

6. Payment terms

• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Refunds are processed according to our refund policy
• Vendor payouts are made after job verification
• Disputes are handled through our dispute resolution process

7. Limitation of liability

Properly acts as a platform connecting users with service providers. We do not guarantee the quality of work performed by vendors. Our liability is limited to the platform fees collected.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, fraudulent activity, or at our discretion with reasonable notice.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai.
